PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Payments are taken through PayPal in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. Your debit/credit card details are not stored.
All shipments are tracked. If you would like a signed for option, or need a piece by a specific date, please contact me as this may involve an extra charge.
I ship to most countries. If you cannot see a shipping option offered for your country on the checkout shipping calculator, contact me direct for a shipping cost, as it may require an individual estimate.
Shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork. If a piece is not as you expect, you have 2 days after receipt to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery via the same service used to send it to you. Once the piece has been safely returned in sent condition, your payment will be refunded within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and PayPal fees.
DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please photograph the damage immediately upon receipt and contact me within 2 days with the photograph attached (this will be used when pursuing with the courier).
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
